In order to obtain a quote, Producers will fill out application,
provide us with copy of script, complete budget, and filmmaker
bios.

Producer Errors and
Omissions
Errors & Omissions (E&O) is required when establishing
distribution deals with studios, broadcasters and DVD markets,
or when signing a completion bond.
All distributors require producers to obtain Errors & Omissions
Coverage in order to indemnify them from claims that might result
from the content of their production.
Errors and Omissions insurance covers the producer for:
· copyright infringement
· libel, slander
· invasion of privacy
· plagiarism and piracy of ideas
· defamation, product disparagement, trade libel
· title, slogan, or trademark infringement
In order to obtain a quote, Producers will fill out application,
provide us with copies of film or script, budget topsheet, filmmaker
bios, and any music or film clip licenses. They will also need
to obtain a Title Report.

Distributor Erros
and Omissions
Provides Film & TV Distributors with Errors & Omissions
Coverage in order to indemnify them from claims that might result
from the content of their media.
Errors and Omissions insurance covers distributors for:
· copyright infringement
· libel, slander
· invasion of privacy
· plagiarism and piracy of ideas
· defamation, product disparagement, trade libel
· title, slogan, or trademark infringement
In order to obtain a quote, client will need to fill out application
and provide detailed list of all titles to be distributed.

Productions and DICE risks.
Available in all 50 States.
Eligible Productions
To be eligible for the DICE/Annual Productions program, the production
must:
Have annual gross production costs up to $5,000,000;
Shoot only in the US, Canada and their territories and possessions;
Not have Stunts, Pyrotechnics, Aircrafts, Boats, Animals, Fight
Scenes, Owned Equipment, Blanks, Squibs, Guns, Live Gangster Rap
Music, Scaffolding over 15 feet.

Scenes, Equipment in Unattended Vehicles, Owned Equipment, Blanks,
Squibs, Guns, Live Gangster Rap Music, Scaffolding over 15 feet.

Security Guards, Film Production, Rap/Hip-Hop music, Rock/Metal
music, Rides, Take Place in Water, nor occur outside the U.S.
